The Instituto de Investigaciones Filosóficas, through the Coordinación de Humanidades, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) offers postdoctoral research fellowships. Postdoctoral fellows are expected to:
b) work full time in the research project;
c) participate in the academic activities of the Institute, as well as in group research projects;
d) teach at least one course during the year of the fellowship and supervise the work of undergraduates and graduates,
Knowledge of Spanish is not required, but successful non-Spanish speaking applicants will be expected to learn the language during their stay.
UNAM offers fellowships twice a year:
Period I: for fellowships starting in September 1, 2011, the deadline is May 13, 2011.
Period II: for fellowships starting in March 1, 2012, the deadline is October 7, 2011.
All the documents must be received by this date.
The starting date of the fellowship is not deferrable.
